Him.

He must become greater; I must become less. John 3:30

My major and job title will never define me. It’s not about what I do, it’s about who I serve. It’s about who is glorified by the way I live my life.

It’s not about seeking perfection, but letting God’s perfect character shine through my imperfections. It’s about admitting weakness and relying on God’s strength.

It’s not about being ______ enough for the world, but believing that He says I am enough. I am fearfully and wonderfully made.

It’s not about living timidly. It’s about overcoming. It’s about bold faith. If God is for us, then who could ever stop us? If God is with us, what could stand against? 

My identity is in Him. My strength is in Him. My value is in Him. My faith is in Him.

I’ve always dreamt of changing the world, of impacting the nations. But my focus has often been on myself and my impact; what I can do and who I can be. Learning a profound lesson about changing the world: He is the way. His is the glory.

More of Him. Less of me.
